Yves Rocher Present Box

May 11, 2015
Hey lovely people on the internet! It's me Jenny :)

Two days ago I needed to get a present for my close friend Cathy. That's why I went shopping... A few weird things happened to me, because I went all alone. I don't know why...I guess that I'm just an unlucky person! (haha)

First of all, I went to 'Yves Rocher', because there is still a huge sale going on. Up to -60%!
A super small and cute nail polish in 'Midnight Blue'. The color is a dark metallic color c:

This is 'The Soft Shower Cream Magnolia Flower from China'  ($4) and it smells really nice! I like the fact that this is paraben free and it contains 95% natural ingredients. :)
Just a simple black kohl pencil :) I tried the sample on the back of my hand and it's very smudgy, which is a got thing.
Recently, I've reviewed the hand cream from the Mango&Papaya line and I just fell in love with the fruity scent. So I needed to get her the body butter. It smells exactly the same and the consistency is really nice.

I love small golden friendship bracelets~ It really shows your affection for them :) I've got the same bracelet with an arrow :)

Now I need to tell you the first story. I hadn't joined Yves Rocher yet, but then the saleswoman told me that I could get off -10%. I was like: Why not?
I needed to fill in a document and my stuff was on the board. After that they gave me all the welcome gifts and I was a bit too frantic. So I forgot my two lipbalms on the board, which I got for myself *cries*. I only realized that at home, so I called them. The lucky thing is that I can go and get it next week or so.

The next thing was that I got lost xD I didn't find the way all alone. I get lost very easily, because my sense for orientation sucks. It took a while until a nice man has helped me out. He probably thought that I was an Asian tourist. (lol)

After that I was walking through the streets until a Chinese woman came to me and mistook me as a fellow Chinese and started to talk to me in Chinese. I told her that I wasn't Chinese, but she didn't stop talking.  Luckily, a young man, which knew her, told her that I was not from China. They were both human rights activists. Then he started to talk with me about the problems in China. Y'know the problems about the human rights violations there. I talked with him over 15 minutes and he handed me so brochures.

Well, I got myself a brown kohl liner and I will review it soon :)
See ya~

Jenny

  1. I must admit, I am a little muddle-head like you! I always pay and leave without collecting my items, and the sales person will have to "HEY!! your items!",haha. These looks like great items, and I'd love to see what lip balm you got!

So far I've only tried their hair cream which is good, and their toner has alcohol so I avoided after I could smell it =(

Sadly, the saleswoman didn't say sth to me ><
I'm using their hair shampoo and it's pretty good c: Oh no! I tend to avoid products, which contain alcohol, too.

I'm not a fan of smudgy kohl pencils, but good for a natural look on the top lash line I guess!
