Kawaii Panda Cookies Recipe

April 05, 2015
Hey lovely people on the internet! It's me Jenny~
Today I want to show you an adorable recipe! I really love pandas and I was so excited to get these cute cookie cutters! I ordered them on ebay.com for only $3!! (Preach the lord lol) It took 3 weeks to arrive from Japan. It's a bit long, but I didn't need to pay shipping costs! Well, the stupid thing was that all the instructions were in Japanese.   Well, I cannot read Japanese xD After googling I found the ingredients list and the instructions can speak for themselves.

I don't know if the price is still so cheap, but here's the link:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=panda+cookies&_from=R40&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR2.TRC1.A0.H0.Xpanda+cookie+cutter.TRS0&_nkw=panda+cookie+cutter&_sacat=0

The packaging is so adorable!
Ingredients:
Butter:  60g
Sugar: 60 g
Egg: 1
Flour ( Bowl 1): 80g
Flour (Bowl 2): 80g
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

-Mix together butter and sugar until fluffy.

-Blend in the beaten egg until it's smooth.

-Divide the egg-sugar-butter mixture into two. And add one half into Bowl 1 and the other one into Bowl 2.

-Bowl 1: Mix in 2 table spoons of cocoa powder.
-Knead the dough thoroughly.

-Roll out portions of your cookie dough on a lightly floured surface (don't forget to add a little to your rolling pin).

Here's the instruction in Japanese :D

Now layer your pieces on top of each other.

-Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until very lightly browned.

I got 34 cute pandas :)

They are so delicious!

- Let them cool down and enjoy~
 いただきます

Question: What do you think of these cookie cutters?

Love, Jenny
