Korean & Japanese Beauty Brands

October 26, 2014
Hey lovely people on the internet! It's me Jenny :)

I'm loving skincare and make-up so much! And of course a lot of Asian women do, too. They spend a lot  of money on skincare. For example: On average, Korean women spend seven times more (on beauty products) than American woman. That's huge! The main reason is respecting our skin for a beautiful complexion and looking young. You see a lot of Asian women with such a young compexion, often genetics play a role in it. But sometimes they invest a long time in skincare. And really popular in Asia are the products with natural ingredients. Maybe you wonder why are there products with ginseng or green tea. These indigenous ingredients play a huge role in the history of skincare. My mum told me her beauty secret was using rice milk or Green Tea! And her skin is amazing! No wrinkles! :) Furthermore takes the skincare routine super long.Sometimes they have over 10 steps! Here are my previous posts about How to get Clear Skin or How to get White Skin . Please check them out for helpful tips!!

Hopefully you understand a little bit more about the Asian Skincare. Now I'm showing you some popular Asian beauty brands! :)

1.Etude House
Etude House, which is a Korean brand, is totally popular by female teenagers! They have a big range of cosmetics with a high quality, Krystal and Sulli from F(x) and SHINee are currently the models for Etude House. Etude House was established in 1966. I'm a big fan of Etude House lol!

2.Nature Republic
The Korean brand , which was created in 2009, utilizes natural ingredients for their product. Nature Republic's philosophy is  ' A Sense of the Beginning'. Lovely, isn't it? The currently endorsers are Taeyeon from Girl's Generation and Exo.  Me fangirling over Exo right now xD The most famous product is the 'Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel'. You should check it out! It's amazing!

3.Skin Food
Skinfood, which is also a Korean brand, is specialized in using all-natural food ingredients. The owner of Skin Food has been in the skincare business since 1957. The new endorsers are Lee Jong Suk and Ha Yeon Soo. Two wonderful actors! Skin Food products are a must have!

4.Shiseido
Shiseido is a one of the oldest cosmetics companies in the world! It was founded 1872. It's the largest cosmetic firm in Japan. Shiseido

5. Shu Uemura
It's a really popular in Japan. Shu Uemura has founded the brand and it bears his name. It's more in the expensive price tag. But it's super stuff you're paying for :)!

The Korean beauty brand is known for being an all-natural and organic brand. The new endorsers are Girls' Generation Yoona and actor Lee Min Ho. I would recommend using the  'No Sebum Mineral Primer'
7.Missha, Tony Moly, Lioele, The Face Shop, Mizon, IOPE , etc.
